click on thumbnail to view larger image MONKEY. We are greatly saddened by the loss of this gentle lady who departed from us in early June 2004. Monkey was a 14-year-old buff Cocker Spaniel whose Dad brought her to Hip Dog for general conditioning and non-impact exercise. Struggling with the osteoarthritis that was attacking her body, this gallant lady captured our hearts with her soulful eyes, her bright spirit, and the loving rapport she shared with her Dad. Monkey was a portrait of courage as she lived through the pain of her arthritis, all the while gently murmuring loving assurance to her beloved Dad. She was a classy little lady, and we at Hip Dog know what a privilege it was to have her touch our lives. |
